Вслед за новостью об окончательной распродаже ограниченной серии RS4+ немецкая мастерская ABT объявила о выходе нового тюнинг-комплекта – ABT RS5-R Sportback. Комплект включил в себя обновленные элементы кузова, новые диски, модификацию электроники, подвески и движка автомобиля, а также кастомизированный салон и ряд более мелких обновлений. Всего компания планирует выпустить 50 экземпляров RS5-R Sportback.
Мощность модифицированной ABT RS5-R Sportback составляет 530 л.с. (на 80 л.с. больше, чем у стандартной модели). Увеличить показатели движка удалось за счет установки блока управления ABT Engine Control (AEC), комплекта водного охлаждения ABT и фирменной выхлопной системы. При этом крутящий момент авто также возрос с 600 до 680 Нм. Также немецкие мастера установили регулируемую подвеску и спортивные стабилизаторы ABT. Стандартные диски Audi были заменены на фирменный комплект ABT SPORT GR габаритами в 21 дюйм.Кузовной комплект состоит из новой передней губы, радиаторной решетки и воздухозаборников в колесных арках, устанавливаемых по желанию клиента. Набор завершает новая юбка и спойлер в задней части авто. Большая часть новых элементов выполнена из высококачественного углеродного волокна.
